Border Wait Times
Since I work in Matamoros, Mexico and cross the border every day on of the helpful links that I have found is the Customs and Border Protection bridge wait times. This lists the current delays at each land entry point into the US.
I highly recommend linking this if you plan to cross from Mexico into the US frequently.
